REGULAMENT ORASUL TALENTELOR online SPRING EDITION 2024

Asociatia Culturala ORASUL TALENTELOR organizează în perioada 15 MARTIE - 25 MAI 2024, festivalul online ORASUL TALENTELOR-SPRING edition. Obiectivul festivalului este selectia şi promovarea tinerelor talente în desavarsirea unui act artistic complet; in stimularea spiritului de competiţie , a comunicării si a fair play-ului între participanţi. Festivalul este deschis tuturor copiilor, tinerilor si adultilor cu varsta intre 3 – 50 ani din gradinite, şcoli, palate/ cluburi ale copiilor (de stat sau private) , din toata lumea.

CATEGORII ( fiecare categorie este jurizata individual ), categoriile de varsta fiind impartite astfel : 3-4: 5-6 ; 7-8 ; 9 - 10 ; 11-12 ; 13-14 ; 15-16 ; 17- 18 ; amatori 19+: profesionisti ( 20+)

A. PIESA IN LIMBA MATERNA
B. PIESA IN LIMBA STRAINA
C FOLCLOR : in cadrul acestei categorii se participa cu o singura melodie, durata maxima de 4 minute, iar costumul popular specific zonei este obligatoriu. Se pot inscrie si doine, acestea fiind jurizate ca si categorie separata.
D. MOVIE : La aceasta categorie, poate sa participe orice piesa care face parte din coloana sonora a unui film, in orice limba, cu durata de maxim 4 minute
E. MUSICAL : La aceasta categorie, poate sa participe orice piesa care face parte dintr-un musical, in orice limba, cu durata de maxim 7 minute
F. TEATRU : MONOLOG in limba materna sau in limba engleza // DIALOG in limba materna sau in limba engleza
G. DUETE
H. GRUPURI
I. DANCE : orice stil de dans, cu durata de maxim 4 minute
J. BEST VIDEO
K. INSTRUMENTAL.  La aceasta categorie, poate sa participe orice piesa , cu durata de maxim 5 minute:

FISA DE INSCRIERE : va rugam sa solicitati fisa de inscriere prin email la orasultalentelor@gmail.com

INSCRIERE: trimiti fisa de inscriere completata prin email, impreuna cu o poza format bust si LINK CU filmarea piesei interpretata live, filmare in format orizontal !
Verificam datele si daca sunt corecte, trimitem contul asociatiei pentru a putea sa achiti donatia pentru festival.
TAXA donatie: 50 lei / video.
IMPORTANT: momentul filmat trebuie sa fie live, fara nici un fel de efecte pe voce ! Daca acestea exista, se vor posta automat la categoria BEST VIDEO!

REGULATIONS CITY OF TALENTS online SPRING EDITION 2024
The CITY OF TALENTS Cultural Association organizes the online festival CITY OF TALENTS-WINTER edition between MARCH 15 - MAY 25, 2024. The objective of the festival is the selection and promotion of young talents in perfecting a complete artistic act; in stimulating the spirit of competition, communication and fair play between participants. The festival is open to all children, young people and adults between the ages of 3 and 50 from kindergartens, schools, palaces/children's clubs (state or private), from all over the world.
CATEGORIES (each category is judged individually), the age categories being divided as follows: 3-4: 5-6; 7-8; 9 - 10; 11-12; 13-14; 15-16; 17-18; amateurs 19+: professionals (20+)
A. SONG IN NATIVE LANGUAGE
B. SONG IN FOREIGN LANGUAGE
C FOLKLORE: in this category, one participates with a single song, maximum duration of 4 minutes, and the folk costume specific to the area is mandatory.
D. MOVIE: In this category, any song that is part of the soundtrack of a movie, in any language, with a maximum duration of 4 minutes can participate
E. MUSICAL: In this category, any piece that is part of a musical, in any language, with a maximum duration of 7 minutes can participate
F. THEATER: MONOLOGUE in English // DIALOGUE in English
G. DUETS
H. GROUPS
I. DANCE: any style of dance, with a maximum duration of 4 minutes
K. INSTRUMENTAL In this category, any song can participate,  with a maximum duration of 5 minutes:

ENTRY FORM: please request the entry form by email to orasultalentelor@gmail.com
REGISTRATION: send the completed registration form by email, along with your photo and the LINK of  your moment performed live, filming in horizontal format of the phone !
We check the data and if they are correct, we send the association's account so that you can pay the donation for the festival.
Donation fee: 10 euros / video.
IMPORTANT: the filmed moment must be live, without any effects on the voice! If they exist, your moment will be automatically posted to the BEST VIDEO category!

''SUMMER WAVES IN THE CITY OF TALENTS'' ONLINE FESTIVAL 2023

 

The City of Talents Cultural Association organizes between June 15 and August 30, 2023, the ONLINE FESTIVAL  '' SUMMER WAVES IN THE CITY OF TALENTS '' 2023. The objective of the festival is the selection and promotion of young talents in the completion of a complete artistic act; in stimulating the spirit of competition, communication and fair play between participants. The festival is open to all children and young people aged between 5 and 30 from kindergartens, schools, palaces / children's clubs (state or private) both in Romania and abroad.

                            CATEGORIES   ( each category is judged individually )

  A. SONG IN NATIVE LANGUAGE  :   5-6 ; 7-8 ; 9 - 10 ; 11-12 ; 13-14 ; 15-16 ; 17- 18 ; 19-30 .

 B . SONG IN FOREIGN LANGUAGE  :   5-6 ; 7-8 ; 9 - 10 ; 11-12 ; 13-14 ; 15-16 ; 17- 18 ; 19-30 .

C . FOLCLOR  :                               5-6 ; 7-8 ; 9 - 10 ; 11-12 ; 13-14 ; 15-16 ; 17- 18 ; 19-30

D. MOVIE ( a song that is the soundtrack of a movie) : 5-6 ; 7-8 ; 9 - 10 ; 11-12 ; 13-14 ; 15-16 ; 17- 18 ; 19-30

E. MUSICAL ( a song that is part of a musical ) :       5-6 ; 7-8 ; 9 - 10 ; 11-12 ; 13-14 ; 15-16 ; 17- 18 ; 19-30

F. THEATER  : MONOLOGUE / DIALOGUE in romanian/english

G. DUET : unique age category, will be judged according to: mother tongue, foreign language, movie or musical

H. GRUP : unique age category, will be judged according to: mother tongue, foreign language, movie or musical

 I.  DANCE  : This section is for individual dancers or groups, regardless of the chosen dance style, the song or the musical collage should not exceed 4 minutes.

J. PIANO : every song can have 2-4 minutes 

                                                                                               

                                                                           PRIZES

The trophy and the I, II, III prizes will be awarded for each age category, depending on the grading scale. The organizers, depending on the categories, reserve the right to double or triple some prizes. Also, depending on the value of the artistic performances, special mentions and prizes will be awarded.

The GRAND PRIX TROPHY will be won by the competitor with the highest average regardless of the age category, and who by his evolution particularly impressed the jury.

                                                                               JURY

   The jury will be composed of specialists in the fields that make up the perfect artist: singing, art performance, media and choreography. The competitor will be marked with points from 50 to 100. The judging criteria are: vocal qualities, vocal transmission, diction, artistic interpretation, expressiveness, originality.

The decisions of the jury are irrevocable and cannot be challenged.

IMPORTANT! DIPLOMAS WILL BE POSTED ONLINE!

2. Registration form completed in full and signed

3. Color photography, JPG bust format (3-5 photos)

AFTER WE WILL CHECK YOUR MATERIALS, WE WILL SEND YOU THE BANK ACCOUNT FOR PAYMENT 

* by sending these materials, you agree that the Cultural City of Talents Cultural Association will use the name and image of the competitor to promote the festival in the media and on the official pages
